 a) At arrival to all our guests will be given an identifier bracelet, hypoallergenic, with the Village logo, that must be considered personal and non-transferable, which will consent entrance to the Village and access to all its services, to be brought compulsorily for the entire duration of the stay, to consent everyday identification. 

  b) Inside Roller Club Village cash cannot be used for other expenses not included in the rates of the stay ( extras like drinks, bar , beach bar, bazaar etc.). It is mandatory to have a card that will be given at the Reception at arrival. This card has zero credit. The card can be charged with money anytime, non matter the charge is, at the Reception or at the Bar. Any remaining credit will be refunded to our guests at departure. It is possible to pay with cash or credit cards only at the Reception.

 c) Motor vehicles cannot circulate inside the Village and must stop in the parking.

 d) It is absolutely forbidden to use bicycles, monocycles, skateboard, overboard or similar and disturb guests.

 e) Small pets are allowed (to be reported while booking) only for guests in full board and half board accommodation who stay in Sport Rooms or Aranceto, our “Pet Friendly” area. Common areas cannot be accessed. Valid vaccination certificate, leash and muzzle are obligatory. Please look at the Regulation for Pets.

 f) All guests must respect the hours of silence from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm and from 00.30 am to 8.00 am.

 g) Access reserved exclusively to Roller Club guests. Any visits by strangers ( meaning guests of guests on vacation) limited to one hour must be authorized by Head Office. At arrival it is mandatory to registrate at the Reception. Longer stay must be authorized by the Reception and only through a ticket entrance of € 15,00 per person. In case of overcrowding ( holidays and Ferragosto), the Head Office may deny the entrance per reasons of public order.

 h) Room assignment is only competence of Head Office. Any personal preferences must be communicated at reservation.

When the reservation is finally confirmed with the Head Office, the receipt of the deposit paid must be sent by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Reservations not confirmed by deposit will not be considered valid.

 2) FINAL PAYMENTThe final payment must be paid within 2-3 days after arrival. Payment must be completely paid for the reserved period even in case of late arrival or anticipated departure.

 3) CANCELLATIONS – Guests who have to cancel their holiday for unexpected reasons can request to be refunded of the amount of money they sent as deposit of 40% sending the communication of cancellation within 14 days before arrival. Cancellation is only valid if made by registered letter (the postmark will be valid for the terms) or by certified mail to This email address is being protected from spambots.  4) RESPONSIBILITY – If necessary ROLLER CLUB VILLAGE reserves all rights to change plans for events that are out of its responsibility. In no case guests can request any form of refundation. Furthermore, “Solaria S.p.a./Roller Club Village” will not assume any responsibility for damage or robbery of vehicles, boats or accessories. All limitation of responsibility described in this paragraph turn to advantage of Solaria S.p.a./Roller Club Village with its administrative office in Ricadi. In case of dispute Vibo Valentia will be the only competent Tribunal.

 5) COMPLAINTS – No complaint will be taken into consideration by Solaria S.p.a unless validated by a written declaration filed during the stay and delivered to the Village Head Office.
